Banner Clan Bastion Banner-Clan Bastion lies on the southwest border of the Empire and constantly raids the various island and coastal communities, for slaves like Tolavir. Considered one of the wealthiest and strongest of the Banner-Clans, they rely completely on outside help and slavery for their power.
